Christmas Wishes from the Skipper

Well, it’s that time of year again. It seems like only a few weeks since the last Christmas season and the dark nights drawing in, but on the way through the year we gained a few new members and sadly lost a few old friends. Some lost loved ones others gained new born loved ones in their families. Others have illness to contend with some their own others with family members, we all hope and pray for the joy of the festive season to bring some respite to everyone.

The cycle continues, just before we¬†pass through the new year and the days grow longer and brighter so our wishes and hopes grow bigger and brighter and anticipation for those nautical gifts we have been hinting at all through the year hopefully appear from the old salt himself “Santa”

The new sailing season is only a matter of weeks away and we, the committee, wish you and your nearest and dearest (that includes your crew) a wonderful and joyus Christmas and a magnificent new year and a splendid sailing season for 2016.

We will be on hand to help in what ever way we can during the coming year, just let us know what, where, who, how and we will try our best to help you to enjoy our favourite past time both on and off the water. Remember if you don’t tell us we can’t help but give us a chance and we will be there to help guide and if it’s interesting publish in the news letter and on the forum.

Warmest regards and best wishes to each and everyone of you and your families and friends.

Merry Christmas

John Disney…Skipper
